Test netting in 1982 indicated relatively high numbers of yellow perch, black crappies, and bluegills. Northern pike, largemouth bass, and yellow bullheads were present in average numbers. Walleye were present in low numbers. Northern pike size was good with 62% measuring at least 24". Panfish, (bluegills, black crappies, and yellow perch) were relatively small with most being too small to be of interest to anglers.
