Northern Pike densities appear to have increased since the last survey as the1990 gillnet catch was 2 times the only previous netting. Adequate forage appears to be lacking and is perhaps the reason for the small size of the Northern Pike. White Sucker catch increased two fold also, and their abundance may be contributing to the low recruitment of Yellow Perch.
