GOOD NUMBERS OF NOP OF AVERAGE SIZE WERE SAMPLED. GROWTH OF NOP WAS FAST TO AGE II AND THEN SLOWED TO AVERAGE BY AGE III. GILLNETTED LMB WERE SEEN IN HIGHER NUMBERS THAN STATE AND LOCAL MEDIANS; IN TRAP NETS THE FISH WERE AVERAGE IN NUMBER AND ABOVE AVERAGE IN WEIGHT PER NET. LMB GROWTH WAS ABOUT AVERAGE OVER THE FIRST YEAR BUT ABOVE AVERAGE IN YEARS II AND III. PREY SPECIES (GOS AND YEP) WERE SEEN IN AVERAGE (GOS) TO HIGH (YEP) NUMBERS; AVERAGE INDIVIDUAL WEIGHT WAS HIGH FOR GOS AND LOW FOR YEP. SUNFISH WERE SEEN IN NUMBERS RANGING FROM HIGH (BLG) TO ABOVE AVERAGE (PMK) TO LOW (HSF,GSF). BLGS WERE OF GOOD SIZE, GSF AVERAGE; PMK AND HSF WERE SMALL. BLH NUMBERS WERE LOW (BLB,YEB) TO AVERAGE (BRB). BLH SIZE WAS AVERAGE (BLB,BRB) TO LARGE (YEB). AVERAGE NUMBERS OF SMALL BLC WERE SAMPLED.
