Northern Pike abundance (20.5/gill net) rose to 4x the local average. Most fish were from the large 1982 year class. Ages 1-4 were caught. Growth was fast for the 1984 year class but average for older fish. Bluegill numbers (13.5/trap net) were only slightly below the local average. Only age 3-5 fish were caught (compared to age 1-7 in 1979) and all showed slow growth. Age 3 fish were most abundant in the sample. Abundance of Yellow (4.5/trap net) and Brown (2.5/trap net) Bullhead, and Hybrid Sunfish (4.5/trap net) were basically unchanged since 1979. Pumpkinseed numbers rose to 14.5/trap net. Green Sunfish (1.5/trap net) were first caught in 1985. Largemouth Bass, Black Crappie, and Bowfin were caught in 1979, but not in 1985.
