The gill net indices for northern pike and white sucker were above their respective lake class 37 third quartiles. The gill net index for black bullhead was below the lake class 37 first quartile. The trap net indices for brown bullhead and pumpkinseed were below their respective lake class 37 first quartiles. Northern pike (12 of 12 aged) ranged from one to six years of age. Growth rates were normal. Bluegill (7 of 7 aged) were all from the 1987 year class. Growth rates for the second and third annual increments was faster than normal. Black crappie (3 of 3 aged) were four and five years of age. Yep (16 of 16 aged) ranged from three to eight years of age with seven of the fish sampled from the 1988 year class. Growth rates for the first, fourth and fifth annulus were slower than normal.
