STATUS OF THE FISH POPULATION: This lake is a winterkill lake. The fish population is generally made up ofsmall, young fish with the exception of the northern pike sampled which were larger than average for this typeof lake. Black bullhead were the most common fish sampled, but most of the bullheads were small. Bluegill, hybrid sunfish, green sunfish, and yellow perch were common in the catch, but few fish of quality size wereobserved. Black crappie were sampled, but in low numbers. The lack of suitable access seriously limits fishingopportunities on this basin.
